Account & Login Help

With Data Megastore you create an account, choose a plan, and manage your files from your dashboard.

If you need help signing up, signing in, or reaching your dashboard, use Submit a Request and select Account & Login Help. Describe what happens when you try, and include the email linked to your account.

The form also asks for the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card linked to your account. Provide only those partial digits.

Never include your password, full card number, CVV/security code, or PIN in your request.
