File Upload & Access Help

Data Megastore lets you upload files, arrange them in folders, and search your storage by name or keyword.

Many file types may be stored, including documents, images, videos, audio files and archives. Supported types may vary by feature and plan. Transfer speeds may depend on your network and file size.

If you have trouble uploading, downloading, finding or opening a file, use Submit a Request and select File Upload & Access Help. Describe the file, its type and size, and what happens when you try.

Never include your password, full card number, CVV/security code, or PIN in your request.
