Cancel Subscription

Silver, Gold, Platinum and VIP are monthly Data Megastore plans.

To cancel a monthly plan, use Submit a Request and select Cancel Subscription. Include the email used for your account and the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card used for the plan, so support can find your subscription.

Consider saving copies of any files you want to keep before your plan ends.

Never include your password, full card number, CVV/security code, or PIN in your request.
