Change Storage Plan

Data Megastore says plans may be updated or adjusted as your storage needs change.

According to the Data Megastore website, plan changes may be made at any time. Upgrades typically take effect promptly, while downgrades may require your usage to fit within the limits of the new plan. Existing files remain accessible based on your account status and the terms of your plan.

If you reach your storage limit, you may be notified within the platform, and you can upgrade your plan or free up space to keep uploading. Existing files remain accessible.

For help changing your plan, use Submit a Request and select Change Storage Plan. Tell us your current plan and the plan you want.

Never include your password, full card number, CVV/security code, or PIN in your request.
